Health Update
I have found my voice, and since I was the one who found it, I win the prize! Woo Hoo!!!! Ha ha ha.
A couple of weeks ago, I posted that I wasn't feeling well and being grouchy and then I mentioned I had lost my voice. Well, it took until this current Wednesday to actually get my voice back, but I was still coughing, worn out and just plain sick. My bosses have been so good to me. They have told me that I will be getting sick pay. They even texted me on Thanksgiving to make sure I had a dinner to eat. The day after Thanksgiving, they brought me soup, other goodies and movie to help me while I was feeling blah. For how stinky I thought Thanksgiving was going to be, I ended up realizing how extremely blessed I am to know so many wonderful people.
After another week of being sick, I was completely worn out and tired and feeling like this was never going to end. Through the encouragement of some different co-workers, I decided to go to the doctor yesterday. Two hours and $200 later, I found out that I have pneumonia and now have the medicine to take care of it.
As bad as that sounds, I am actually really excited to know what is wrong and that there is a way to take care of it and get better. I have some pretty strong meds and am so ready to start feeling better.
